Pets are welcomed here at Aaron's Wooded Acres however there is an additional charge, each pet is $15.00 per week or $5.00 per night. PET RULES: Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside. You MUST clean up after pets, and they must be on a leash when outside.

ALL Deposit's are nonrefundable. Deposits must be received within 7 days from the date in which the reservations are made. If adequate time does not remain to receive a deposit, a deposite may be made with a credit card. We accept Discover, Visa, or Mastercard. However, If payment is made with a credit card a 2% transaction fee will be added. However, we have no Refund/Rebooking Policy for the Holidays or Special Occasions.

At least a 72 hour notice* is required to cancel a reservation, or equal to the length of your stay. If for any reason you are unable to keep a reservation, please call as soon as possible. Deposits will be applied to another reservation in the same calendar year if adequate notice is given. *(Or as long as the reservation -- i.e. 7 day notice if reservation is for 7 days.) All deposit's are nonrefundable.

In addition we have a no firework policy that is in effect all year. Thank you for your cooperation in these matters.
